All work and no play will wear people out (well normal people anyway).
But if we combine work, or in this case education, with play, we can
go on and on. Also, while playing we can share and discuss ideas and
lessons that we've learned or are about to learn. This may help to open
up discussions at the appropriate time.

Many of us may interpret things differently. When we discuss what we
heard in our lessons, the lessons sometimes become clearer or we see
alternatives we hadn't in our own interpretations.

The IFC has implemented a mini-symposium in the interim of the main
symposium. How could this not be beneficial?

Education is also a motivator. We are given the opportunity to learn and
suggestions on ways we can implement and share what we have learned.

I've thought "why can't others see what is wrong" in many situations. In
some cases, that ignorance or indifference has caused the needless death
of precious ferret lives. Had these individuals, companies, whatever,
attended the symposium or mini-symposium, perhaps those lives would have
been spared....

hugs to all. tle
