Marie and Loki--
In your search for foods that your ferret will eat, have you
tried the concoction known as "Duck Soup" created by another ferret
owner in a situation similar to yours (ferret in danger of starving
if it didn't eat)? It's been posted on many of the national services,
and I think maybe even this list sometime in the past. It consists
of a number of ingredients designed to tempt the ferret to taste while
getting the maximum amount of calories and protein to the critter as
well. I'm trying to send a copy of the recipe and contact info for
its creators directly to your E-mail box. Please let me know if you
receive it or not.

P.S.-- Another thing I've heard of feeding to sick ferrets with poor
appetites is meat babyfood.
