Hi all,

I've got two little ferret girls, about 8 weeks old, Bodhi (a sable) and
Jara (a panda). I've only had them a week and I've just found out today
that I have to go overseas for 4 weeks for work on friday week. I'm in
Chicago, in Wrigleyville.

Can anyone recommend a good boarding house, or any [sane] individuals who
board ferrets in the area?

Background info:
They're both very young & just getting used to the idea that humans are
good things. I'm reluctant to leave them with friends as my friends are
not ferret knowledgable. Jara is (I think) deaf. They're both [sort of]
litter trained within their cage (and try to go back in to use the box when
they need to). I have a Midway West penthouse cage (with the ramps taken
out at the moment as I don't want them to fall & hurt themselves). Both
are neutered & de-scented. Neither nip particularly and cage time-outs are
effective when they do get chewy. I'm really looking to see that they get
human contact..

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Kerry..
