There is a ferret available for adoption at the Capital Humane Society
in Lincoln, Nebraska.  They call him a 10 month old neutered male, but
that may not be accurate.  His picture is at

This boy won't get time out of his cage while he's at the shelter and
there is potentially a time limit on his stay, so if anyone can adopt
him, please do.  The shelter is on Park Blvd. at the West end of South
St., and their phone number is (402) 441-4488.  There was a $75 adoption
fee for the last ferret they had.
