I write with tears in my eyes....
 
I wrote on Friday about all of the recent losses that have been happening
and had hoped that November would be better... it was not to be...
 
Dawn, from Hooked on Fuzzies Shelter emailed me this morning (I am at
work so she couldn't call).  Several months back they had adopted 3
ferrets from us.... Nibbles, Dakota and Drake.  Drake has been having
major medical problems and has "died" several times.  Nibbles and Dakota
have been healthy... When they went to let the 3 Amigos, as they call
them, out for breakfast and for a romp, they found that Dakota had passed
away in his sleep....
 
Dakota was our little oriental ferret.  He always squinted and looked so
tired.  But he would be up and laying and ever so happy.  Dakota loved
remote controls and the phone.  Oh and ferretvite... the boy could eat a
lot of that if you let him!
 
Please light a candle for him and guide him up to the Rainbow Bridge...
He has many friends to meet up there to include Dawns Buster that just
left last week, and our (Johns) Mocha that also just passed, and Stinker
and Zippy and Sophie... the list goes on...
