Someone asked about ferret collars.  Nylon one's are good - for some, not
all.  Another suggestion is leather collars.  Some ferret clubs sell these.
It's what I'm currently using.  Also, for our tender skinned buddies, try
using ponytail holders.  These work fine with a bell sewn on, plus
name/phone number printed and taped on.  I call these my comfy collars.  I
rotate collars to minimize skin sensitivity and hair loss.  They seem to
appreciate it too.  Another thing, remember to fasten the collar then put it
on over their heads.  That way they can slip out of it if needed.  Contact
