We are putting on two shows this year.  June 8th, 2002 will be in Spokane.
"Inland NW Ferret Show" and on June 15th is the "Pacific NW Ferret Show".
 
Information for both shows are the same in different locations with
different classes.
 
Inland NW Ferret Show will take place at the Spokane Fairgrounds.  Same
place as last year.
 
Pacific NW Ferret Show will be at the Canby Fairgrounds in Canby, Oregon.
 
To name a few Specialty categories, they are:
 
    Point
    Mutt
    Roan
    Sable
    Black Sable
    Mitt
    Chocolate
    Blaze/Panda
    DEW
    Albino
    Champagne/Cinnamon
    Physically Challenged
    Shelter/Rescue
    Challeneged Ferrets
 
To enter your ferrets in these categories are $8.00/each from now until
April 8th.  After April 8th, it will be $11.00/each
 
If any of you plan to show your ferrets but we aren't offering the color
category you wish, please let me know.
 
Sponsorship Fees:
Championship fee will add up to $300.00.  We are splitting that price down.
 
To have the Ribbon portioin will cost $200.00 and for the trophies portion
will be $100.00.  This will allow those who want to sponsor the choice to
do it all or split the cost with someone else.
 
Sponsoring Specialty Rings are as follows:
     with a free entry  -  $55.00
     with a half page ad - $60.00
     with a full page ad - $75.00
 
If there are less than 5 ferrets and isn't sponsored then it will be
cancelled.  To ensure your specialty ring will continue to be offered,
please consider sponsoring the class.
 
We will be offering advertising rates and they are as follows:
     full page ad - $50.00 (7.5" W x 10" L)
     half page ad - $35.00 (7.5" W x 5" L)
     quarter page ad - $25.00 (3.5" W x 5" L)
     business card - $15.00 (3.5" W x 2" L)

To enter your ferrets, we are offering for the Championship Rings -
$12.00/ferret enters in 1 show
$10.00/ferret if entered in both shows.  This is a $2.00/ferret off is
exhibitor participates in both shows.
 
Due date for all fees are due on May 15th, 2002
 
ADV TESTING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL FERRETS IN THE SHOW HALL!

I wanted to let you all know that I am including another activity which
is a Photo Contest.  I will also use these pictures in the show catalog
as well so I will be needing all these pictures no later than June 1st.
There will be no charge to enter in the contest.  I will give the
pictures back when the contest is all over.  Please be present to get
your pictures back as well as your awards or trophies.
 
To name a few categories, they are:
Best Photogenic
People Choice Award
Judge's Choice Award
Funniest Award
 
For the 1st place winners, they will recieve a ribbon along with a
surprise gift.  So come on all you guys and sent me the pictures for the
contest.
