Hi everyone!  The ferret finder stickers are a great idea with one problem.
If you put them on your ferret room window, you can become a target for
burglery.  They look for those stickers and enter through that window.
That's why they stopped making the tot finder stickers.  My suggestion is
to put it on your front door.  You can also inform your local fire Dept.
of your special circumstances.  They are very good about keeping up with
this kind of information.  You can also invite them to your home to show
them where and how they are kept.  Most departments welcome the idea for
preplanning.  Remember on ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
 
Yes ferrets were used in the pyramids and kept as pets by the Egyptians.
They were domesticated before cats.  If you are going to slamm someone
please make sure you have all the facts.  Education is the key.
