Hi everyone!

I recently took my 5 month old female ferret, Ally to the vet b/c I was
observing some blood in her urine. They did a urinalysis which showed a
lot of red blood cells, indicating, as the vet said, of the possibility
of stones. The vet is now recommending a bladder Xray which he is saying
will be $135. I havent seen anymore blood in her urine since the visit
and am wondering if $135 is a little much for an Xray. Does anyone out
there have any experience with this? Is anyone aware of a ferret vet in
the Tampa Bay area that might give me a second opinion? I havent been
really thrilled with this vet for awhile (they keep losing my chart, they
make you wait excessively long for your appt, etc) and am wondering if I
should go elsewhere.

Thanks so much!
