Thank you too those of you who, wrote me asking for Brevard Ferret Lovers
Rescue's location, in my haste I forgot too include it.  BFLR has 4 shelter
homes on the Space Coast of FL., Titusville, Cocoa, Melbourne and Palm Bay.
As it is with many of the good rescues out there we, do our very best too
educate our community on the proper care and responsible ownership of the
pet ferret.  We conduct seminars at elementary, junior and high schools.
We have given lectures for Brevard Community Colleges American Government
and Vet Tech.  classes in addition too presentations for Brevard Animal
Control, Brevard Veterinary Association and many of the area pet stores
using shelter ferrets for a hands on experience.  We do annual parades,
public service announcements, radio, TV and periodical interviews.  One of
our shelter babies graces the cover of USA Ferrets 2000 annual issue with
pictures of one of our shelter homes (pool in the background) with club
members inside.  The Essential Ferret is peppered with pictures of shelter
kids and members of our rescue inside.  The point is, we are doing our very
best too insure that every ferret here gets the best of care but, we can't
continue too provide that same quality if we can't place these precious
little babies in loving homes where they will receive the one on one they
all so desperately deserve.  Every ferret here is ECE free, current on
vaccines and has been examined by Dr. B.  Many are petrified of other
ferret's preferring the company of humans instead (lap babies).
Personalities have been assessed and names have been given.  If you live in
