Cindy - thanks for the good words.  I hope that people will bite the bullet
and send the tissues to AccuPath.  Also, please send your email address for
faster service (or at least your phone number).  I can always use the FML
for cases where I can't contact people directly, because I thinkt he letters
themselves have some educational value, but I'd rather do it offline...
