I just got the message from Susan Morton.  If you could send out messages
to other rescue groups to come to the aid of this lady in Alvin, TX, it
would be deeply appreciated.
 
I am getting ready to leave town for the weekend and I live in Alvin.
Alvin is just south of Houston, Tx.  Message Reads:
 
If you can help, please contact the phone number below.  I have just heard
that Sherry Fulk, a lady doing dog/cat/ferrett rescue in Alvin, Texas, near
Houston, has a big emergency situation.  Last night, her home burned to the
ground.  She has 36 dogs, some of them are hers, most are rescue, as well
as ferrets.  She needs a place for them to stay immediately.  They are
currently in her back yard among the ashes.  If any of you can offer help
or know someone who can help, please call Sherry.

These are both cell phone numbers.  Anything you can do would be
appreciated.  She has Danes, bulldogs, small dogs, chihuahuas.  I
understand only 1 dog and 2 ferrets were lost in the fire.  All
othersare safe.
