Dear FMLers: I have recently been appointed the prestigious post of legal
affairs editor (something like that, anyway) of _The Independent Voice_, a
ferret-enthusiast newsletter published in Virginia.  I am looking for anyone
who can give the particulars of the Michigan ferret bill (I can't find any of
the details in my old FML files).  I was hoping that someone from that state
could e-mail me.  Please?  Of course, proper credit will be given and I'll be
eternally grateful (editors can be _so_ picky about deadlines).  The
California, Mass., and New Hampshire folks have all been _very_ helpful, so
I've got some stuff on those areas.  Many thanks in advance!
