You'll find a lot on this in the FML archives, with an especially good one
from Bob Church.  Most see in white, grays, black, and red; some have no
color vision; some see a wider range of colors.  We had one who used to
collect anything blue over the space of her entire lifetime; she didn't
care about other colors.  Have read of another that way about orange, and
of one who would color sort something like three colors consistently.
