[This is a little unusual, but it might be of great interest to
the vets on the list, and who knows, maybe it'll tie into someone
else's research requirements...  I've only pulled a couple highlights
from his resume, which is near 20K long.  Going by his resume,
Dr. Gavrilov is one of the top people in his field, _anywhere_.  This
may be a major opportunity for someone.  I've subscribed Dr. Gavrilov
