Thank you for the info Sukie.  It brings up an interesting question
though.  Many things I have read mention the sociability of ferrets, so
the proper placement of the cage would be in an active area.  If fact, I
think it was mentioned in "Ferrets for Dummies".  So, how do you find the
happy medium between giving them plenty of rest time and keeping them
from being excluded?
