Hello all,
 
Thanks again for all of your advise on my SO's exterminator problem.  After
contacting the management office, we were told that the exterimnators will
not spray but use a paste in the kitchen and bathrooms only.  This paste is
supposed to be harmless to children!?
 
My SO will of course supervise the exterminator and we will keep the fuzzies
permanently away from the kitchen and bathroom.
