I have 3 sick ferrets. Runny noses and the little one does this machine gun
sneezing thing. They are all eating and drinking good, but not as active as
usual. I read somewhere to give them clor trimeton (1/4 tab twice a day)
but my littlest ferret doesn't even weigh a pound yet. Well maybe right at
a pound. I am not sure. I was wanting to give them liquid childrens
benedryl. Is that okay? And how much per pound of body weight? A friend
of mine gives hers 1/4 tsp, for her two pounder. But that seems like an
awful lot. My baby is 12 weeks, and is still small, the other male is 1 yr,
and 3.5 pounds and the girl is 6 mo and 3 lbs. How much if any should I
give? Its the baby that really needs it though, he can't even sleep for
sneezing. Right now they are all just on plain water, TF kibble and duck
soup. Please E Mail me if you have any advice.
