9.  Cabinets ajar
8.  Valuables not missing, but leather goods have been dragged to one
    corner.
7.  Guard dogs are huddled on the couch.
6.  Piles of papers, disks, knocked over
5.  Socks are missing
4.  Clothes in dresser rumpled
3.  Socks have holes in them.
2.  Garbage tipped over.
1.  Culprit sleeping in sock drawer.
