Greetings and felicitations my friends! I, Leka the Lovely, have
arrived here in Connecticut and was retrieved early enough that I did
not have to spend my first holiday alone in the post office. Spring
is in the air and I was greeted by the fragrant aroma of a red rose.
Aahhh...

There are only 4 weeks before we start our grand trek across the
country. In that time I hope to visit the University of Connecticut and
some other New England landmarks. I shall faithfully report to you the
many splendors of the area and promise to try and taste everything!
