Sara came from an awful breeder in London.  She was beaten, starved, picked
up by her tail and not loved.  Her life began as a scared, hopeless ferret,
but, Sara was saved and in return she saved another.
 
Pixie, a sweet 7 month old was taken into the hospital by her parents.  She
was really sick and no one could figure out why.  Her blood count was low
and she wasn't eating much.  She became anemic
 
Sara to the rescue.  Pixie needed a blood transfusion to survive and Sara
donated 3 cc's of her life force to save her new friends.  In return,
Pixie's parents decided to adopt Sara and give this sweet and selfless
little girl a home.  Both ferrets are doing well.
