I was at the grocery store today, doing that "I'm not really hungry but I
need to eat something" routine up and down the aisles, and I noticed a big
display of animal crackers. Turns out that these kinds of crackers were a
special edition of endangered animal shapes. I took a second (and I'm sure
I looked strange, staring intently at the cardboard display) and looked at
all the animals on the display. Saw a panda, a seal, and a BFF. Looked
more like the domestic ferret to me but you could definitely tell it was a
ferret. By this time, animal crackers were starting to sound pretty darn
good for lunch so I picked up a box. No other ferrets on the box, or (and I
was pretty bummed about this) no ferret shaped crackers. But the crackers
were sure good though! :0)

Does anyone else have a fert that has crooked teeth in that small row right
underneath their noses? I was telling my vet about Gatsby's teeth during
the exam today and she said she hadn't seen another ferret with teeth that
way. Guess there's no such thing as ferret orthodonture <G>

Laura (who me, let a picture of a ferret dictate my choice of snacks?)
Gatsby (will my crooked teeth prevent me from being Supermodel ferret of
        the world?)
Marshie (Serves you right for biting me on the butt all the time.)
Saffy (You people are really really strange. Oh look at that, a toe
