She had surgery yesterday morning. It was her right adrenal gland and the
surgery went off without a hitch. She was actually wanting to get out of
the cage to play when I picked her up but she's on 'hospital' cage arrest
for three days and anti-biotics for 10. She seems to be content to rest
for now but I now will be bouncing in a matter of days.

Dr. Jerry Murray is a great ferret surgeon. This is the second surgery he
has done for one of my girls and I don't worry while they are in his hands.
If you live in the North Dallas area I highly recommend Dr. Jerry Murray at
the Animal Clinic of Farmers Branch.

This surgery cost $125 with $8. for antibiotics. I thought this very
reasonable. Shots are only $15 (rabies and distemper)each. I take all
four girls in at once and don't pay a separate office fee for them each.

Our thanks and thoughts to all for the energy lended.
