Howdy!  Someone asked for info on a ferret calender.  Central Illinois
Friends of Ferrets (217-356-6063) can sell you one for less than $20, I do
believe.  The photos are adorable, and there are "ferret facts" below each
photo.  Terrific for new owners, or a subtle way to educate a non-believer
about our carpet sharks.  They also market toys and the very best ferret beds
I've seen, and the ferrets love them, too!  The first time that Davey saw
one, he snubbed me and my generous lap to crawl to the floor-up the
couch-over to the coffee table-to the bed there-and fast asleep!!
 
By the way, someone mentioned seeing James Doohan (sp?) w/ferrets in a mag
recently.  If anyone remembers which and what issue, please let me know.  My
husband and I are avid Trekkers, and would love to see that. (And we
absolutely LOVE the Borg quote, too! 8-)
