A few days ago, Ferret Number 1600 crossed our threshold. Almost 20 of
those are at the shelter, now. We need a few more volunteers who can help
at the shelter during hours not already covered by our great volunteer
staff. We need someone on Mondays who can give two or three hours during
the day and someone who can help for a couple of the evening hours. We
also need someone who can help on one or two Sundays a month for three or
four hours. With as many ferrets as we have in the shelter right now, it
takes several hours to see that all our critters get exercise time. If you
