My ferret Mikette has been on Prednisone for just under three weeks.  My
vet can do it flavored, we tried the cherry first.  Mikette hates the
pred and of course I hate forcing it.  Over these few weeks she's begun
to resist it more and more, making me more forceful with it.  Anyone have
any suggestions?  Besides syringing it I've tried mixing it with
ferretone, but she's on to me now.  One taste of the pred and she's done,
I've afraid she'll stop eating ferretone even on it's own.  I want to try
other flavors, even if it only makes her take awhile to realize what it
is.  All ferrets and all tastes are different, but I'd love it if you
could let me know what flavors your ferret has enjoyed.
