I would recommend to Santiago that the Better Busness Bureau be contact and
the local Organization for vets similar to the AMA for MD's cannot at
present think of the name.  Also suggest to the people holding Podo your
lawyer will be getting in touch with them.  If this is a scam it sure sounds
like a good one.
 
I believe if i don't get to see the vet face to face i don't want my
critters to see them either.  Also a 4 hr wait seems like a long time.
Since there were alot of people waiting possibly a bad time but even with
emergencies the longest I think i have waited is 1 1/2 hr.  Of course at
this clinic there are at least 2 vets working at any one time unless an
emergency .
 
This may be one of the best vets in the world but there mode of operation
and administrative techniques seem terrible.
