Anna M. Adamposted some additional info re pet insurance including the
numbers of a couple places that MIGHT carry ferrets.
 
I callled the top one:
>1-800-323-6234  -- she knows they cover birds and are supposed to start
>                   covering reptiles soon so might be have ferrets on
>                   the list.
 
A very nice gentleman there thinks that they do cover ferrets, but wasnt
sure, so he's going to check with their underwriter & send me a letter
either with info on the program or letting me know if they dont.  I'll pass
along whatever info I receive.
 
what this could do for my budget!!!
