A year or so ago, a company called me about pet insurance.  They were going
to bill it directly to my JC Penny charge account.  I asked them if it
covers ALL types of pets - they said "yes."
 
I explained to them that I have ferrets and one of them at the time was
going through pretty expensive treatment.  They said it didn't make any
difference.  We kept the policy for the free period (30 days, I think) then
cancelled it.  It was a hastle for us to keep track of where to send
different bills.
 
I don't know if they still offer the insurance or not, but like I said, it
was last summer.
 
By the way, we live near Peoria, Illinois.
