Mark your calendar! It's the Greater Chicago Ferret Association 20th
Annual Ferret Show! This is an unsanctioned, independent show, with
championship and speciality judging.

WHEN ? -- Saturday, October 11, 2008
WHERE ? -- Lake Villa Township Community Center
           37850 IL. Route 59
           Lake Villa, IL. 60046
           (recently expanded parking lot)

Community Center is located approx. 1 block south from the Grand Ave.
(Rt. 132)/Rt. 59 Intersection, west side. Watch for GCFA signs.

WHY ? -- It's FUN, of course! Socialize with other ferret owners,
knowledgeable people available if you have ferret related questions;
shop the vendor's room for ferret and ferret owner products; raffle
prizes; and if you haven't entered a ferret in the show, stop by to
watch the judging, and see which ferret wins Best of Show trophy!

Note: No selling or adoptions of ferrets at this show; also, there is
no breeder class in this year's show.

Championship Rings: Kit Class, Early Alter and Late Alter

Speciality Classes: Albino, Blaze/Panda, Chocolate, Cinnamon/Champagne,
Mitts, Mutt, Sable, Seniors, Shelter, Silvers, Whites

Judging will start at 9:00 am

Admission -- Adults (spectators) $3.00
Children over age 12 - $1.00
Children under 12 -- Free
GCFA Members -- Free
Exhibitors -- Free
Parking is Free
