Hello from the UK!
Dear Jazmyn,
 
There are two types of mince meat over here (rather confusingly!).
One is the sweet pie filling of dried fruits that make the traditional
Christmas mince pies, the other type is minced meat (usually beef)
that is used for spagetti bolognase etc. I'm sure its the latter type
that the ferrets knuckle with (unless they have a sweet tooth!).
