I do not see any problem with that statement, it is far better for an
inexperienced ferret owner to be able to end up with a ferret that can
be handled and loved than one that is just left in it's cage because the
owners are afraid of it.  All my kits/adults are given to people with the
instructions that it can be returned for any reason.  Experienced ferrets
owners can cope with nippy kits but they can be quite a surprise to new
owners.
