Does any one have any experience with adrenal diagnosis with ultrasound.
What were the results and how accurate was the diagnosis and was it
confirrmed with surgery.
 
Any input on the following:
 
Case history of 7 year old male albino.  14 months ago had left
adrenalectomy.  Diagnosis was cancer.  Prognosis gaurded.  2 months ago
starts showing progrssive hair loss.  Vet wants to pursue it.  Vet
recommends additional surgery.  Ultrasound not available in immeadiate area.
Closest ultrasound 2hrs away.
 
Any suggestions?
