Hello friends,
 
Well, Wiggles is doing absolutely great.  She has put on weight and is doing
her "Wiggles Dance" all around the living room and eating 3-4 times a
day...all of the nice cards and e-mails worked to lift her spirits up!  She
still doesn't like taking her medicine sometimes though but I think that she
knows that she needs it so she opens her mouth like a good girl.
 
The new baby ferrets are wild as babies will be...Cleopatra is biting the
hell out of everyone and we flick her nose and she still bites..so maybe
time will mature her ways....but it is really cool how the babies are always
awake and exploring the house as the other 5 older ferrets sleep a lot
more...well...Anthony the baby boy fell off of the balcony last night and
seemed fine except he started coughing so we took him to the emergency vet
and they gave him some steroids, so hopefully he will be fine.
 
The gliders are a trip and a half...they make monkey noises late at night
and weird screeching sounds when they are talking to each other.  Someone on
the glider list called them gremlins and I totally agree...Lisa says they
say "Bright light!  Bright light!" when the lights come on...as they are
purely nocturnal and have huge eyes that are sensitive...
