Not good!!
 
My suggestion would be to tell the clerk in no uncertain terms where she
could spray the bitter apple, I'm serious!
 
I believe on the bottle it says not to ingest it.
 
Please don't continue this, it's very cruel and you are probably damaging
the sensitive skin inside his mouth.
 
I would contact a ferret shelter in your area and ask them to go and talk
to the people at that pet store, who clearly know nothing about ferrets.
If you post the location of the pet store on the FML, perhaps someone who
lives in that area could talk to the people there.  Please let us know what
happens.
