OK this is my last comments, I swear.

If she can throw up ##'s of what she spent or owes, then why not thow
up ##'s of donations?

She did not use liter the first 3-4 weeks, and by the time she was
using it, the DMK ferrets were gone. So how is that ## happening?

She did NOT have to do it alone. She chose to do it that way. There
were a lot people standing in the back ground waiting for this and
none of them were called to help until after it was done.

Ever wonder why there where no pictures allowed? Guess who is writing
a book?

Transportation costs? How did that happen? Everyone paid themselves to
transport those babies, except for a couple of cars that were bought to
transport ferrets to MI and may still be owned by a certain person .
Hmmmm....now should that be counted in the rescue costs?

Lori did a great thing but there are questions out there that deserve
to be answered. PERIOD!! I do not want to wait for her book to come out
to get them. She did not have those kids for more than 4weeks. After 3
weeks she only had like 20-50 of them plus whatever she kept back for
her own stock, I mean rescue.

So yes I am confussed and yes for me the numbers do not add for what
she was posting during the rescue and what she posted after the rescue.
I know people who have done the BIG rescues. Never as big as this one.
This was huge and the ferret community came together, sucked it up and
got it together.

No one is perfect. No one has all their ducks in row. I and others do
NOT want a down to the penny accounting but seriously, Does she not
know how much came in? How much was donated? that just seems unlikely
to me. And you are right (whoever said it) April 12 is the Tax date.
But with all the came and went I would think she would have some idea.
Oh and yes. All I am waiting for is my last paycheck of the year to do
my taxes. You see i do not wait until the last minute to get stuff
done. I like to get it over with it.

Oh and while you all are applauding Lori, maybe we should really be
applauding her backbone support team who would drive 2 hours one way to
take care of ferrets for her while she was inJapan with her Mother. Or
the ones who scoop piles andpiles and poopy newspapers for 500 ferrets
for the weeks they were there at her place, the shelters and rescues
who took in all of the ferrets WITHOUT any medical or vetting done
before. those that took in the pregnant jills who were recently
pregnant cause they were left in with the hobs after coming to Lori's.

There were so many amazing things that happen during this rescue. I
would hate for people to think this is how all major rescues happen.
Such clossed mouthed tightness AFTER the rescue is not right.
