We are contemplating pursuing a job opportunity in Orlando and would like to
know the ferret friendliness of this area.  If I remember correctly they are
legal, and some folks are working towards establishing a quarrantine instead
of kill and test for bite and scratch incidents.  Please correct me if I am
wrong.  Are there many ferret knowledgeable vets?  I imagine fleas and
heartworm are concerns there (we are not curently having to deal with
either).
