Hi, what is the difference health wise in unprocessed and processed sugar,
in the UK we are now being told not to feed things like raisins ( 70%
sugar ) and some other types of fruit to our human kids as they are causing
health problems. Is it a good idea to feed any type of sugary treat to a
ferret with insulinoma / Diabetes. The feeding of so many sweet treats is
probably the cause of a lot of the health problems in ferrets as it is in
us humans. Any kibble fed ferret is already on a high sugar intake diet,
the feeding of more sugar cannot be good for them.

Chris.
