Put a hold on that please.  We recently got an offer for someplace a little
closer, and while I could just kiss Margie for being our first solid offer,
my husband and I thought closer would be a bit better -- less travel on the
fuzz-butts and we could transport them ourselves and see where they're going
to live.  Apologies for the false alarm.
