I have two little jills that came in as a rescue and are now preg (long
story, too long for here. Flame in private please). Would anyone with
experience in whelping and raising kits email me as to how I will know if
they are inlabor? One of the jills (Sassy) has some mucus coming from her
vagina and also her belly is huge and she seems more restless than usual.
I have her in a private cage with no hammoc and a whelping box. Is there
anything else I need to do? The other jill is supposed to be due about the
same time, but her tummy is not nearly as extended nor is there any mucus
or liquid on her vulva.

Also, I have a large SuperPet funnel cage for sale. It is the one that
looks like it is two cages put together. It has several removable shelves
six different doors (two large on the front and two smaller on each side),
a plastic deep base, and a frame with rollers (this is removable). New
this cost $199.00, I am asking $100, but I am negotiable. The only reason
I am selling is is I have three tiny ferrets and they can squeeze through
the bars. It is really only appropriate for ferrets over 2.5 pounds!
Email me prive and I will give you my phone number!
