I had been off line for a couple of weeks, but finally caught up with the
list of people who asked for a copy of Dr. Weiss' Lupron Protocol for
veterinarians and the All About Lupron info sheet (now called Lupron
Demystified).
 
However, my password and screen name were stolen (virus) and many emails
that were sent to me disappeared.  If you requested a copy of the protocol
and info sheet but did not get them, please email me privately again and I
will send them.
 
Please - make sure you tell me whether you want them in a Word document
(prettier) or would rather have them copied and pasted in an email.
 
I had also asked for recommendations for a veterinarian in the Cincinnati
area, and there was a whole block of emails that were deleted, so referrals
might have been in that batch.  So I'd really appreciate referrals again.

BTW, the insulinoma info sheet that I drafted a while back has been
reviewed by Dr. Weiss and I made a few minor changes; if you'd like a
