Well...thanks for the info about the CBS news story airing.
 
Unfortunately it wasn't delivered as a part of the FML until Saturdays
edition (02:00 am).  Needless to say I missed it.

Is there any chance that if something that is so time relevant that you
could issue a special edition or something?  I've been waiting for what
seems like months for this story and now I've missed it.  :(
 
Can't wait for the letter writing campaign window opens.
 
Anybody know where the 'hearings' will be?  I'd like to attend in person.

[Moderator's note: Yes, special issues SOMETIMES do happen.  Unfortunately
the notice arrived to the FML just minutes before 5:30PM (Eastern time) and
it wasn't at all clear to me when the piece was airing.  Certainly not at
8:30 Eastern time - there's no news at that time.  In short, it would have
taken some time to put together a special mailing (it's not that simple for
reasons I need not get into now) even if I could have dropped everything to
do it - and even then it would have only reached a tiny fraction of the
