Hello Apryll,
I can understand you and your vets optimism on this point-- HOWEVER as a
shelter Mom seeing many ferrets at 2 yrs of age and above I want to caution
you here-- IF Sunny had some undescended testicle or a remnant it would have
caused this problem long ago-- not just now-- therefore be prepared for the
vet to do an adreanlectomy if there is not remnant or testicle recovered.
It would be a shame to go in, not find the problem and leave it for a later
surgery.  I know this sounds like a scary place to be-- but there is no
better time like the present they say to find and fix the problem.
