Several people have posted about ionizers lately, so I thought the time
would be appropriate to speak up.  First of all, I have permission from
BIG to post on the topic, and this is meant as information some FML
subscribers might find useful, not as advertising.
 
I can sell you a machine that uses a combination of ions and non-toxic
levels of ozone to clean the air; mine is VERY effective.  They are
somewhat pricey, but do a very good job, in my experience, of removing
both smells and airborne particles (e.g. allergens) from the air.
