It is obvious that the 8 in 1 treat discussion is slowly but surely
morphing into a review of insulinomas.  I hate to burst bubbles...and
probably generate another chain of comments...but I really don't believe
that sugar causes an insulinoma.  It is like saying that eating sugar
predisposes you to diabetes.  It ain't so.  In any case, I agree with
Gordon regarding quality control.  They obviously don't have any...
