'Lo, FML!
Just wanted to jot a quick note of thanks to all of the lovely people that
responded to my spleen question.  The good news is that I decided to go
ahead and have Cassidy's blood sugar levels tested to rule out insulinoma.
All went well - he tested at 87, even after a fast.  The vet said that
sugar levels do vary, but after a four-hour fast his would have been much
lower if he had insulinoma.  So, thank you for all of your advice and
support - you were right - a quick, inexpensive test saved me alot of
worry. :) -
