Hi--

In my house a 5# bag of food last almost 2 days. With 22 ferrets and 4
foster kids we go through alot of food.

It is reasonable to expect your baby ferret will need 1/4 to 1/2 cup or
slightly more per day. Free feed your ferret. Don't limit it to the
recommended amount or worry about how much or little the ferret is eating,
as long as it is growing and gaining weight. They always need a fresh
supply of food and water available at all times.

With a baby ferret it should last 2 or 3 weks, maybe a month. Growing
baby ferrets will go through more food at 6 weeks to 6 mos than an adult
ferret with its full growth will.

Lots of luck with the baby.

KG
