Hi, all!  I'm just posting (NOT advertising <g>) to let you know that I
have a free web-based e-mail service under my domain name
(wonderferret.com), and the service runs banner ads.  I get a portion
of those banner ads, but I recently pulled my portion because the company
I initially chose was, unbeknownst to me, including pornographic ads.
(sigh)
 
To make a long story short, what I would like to do is compile a list
of *non-profit* ferret shelter and charities (I can include pictures,
descriptions of adoptable ferrets, items for sale, whatever you'd like)
then link a banner ad to that list.  (I would just rotate my own banner
ads for you, but I'm pretty unfamiliar with the cgi involved... :P) Users
would see the banner ad when they checked their e-mail and could click on
it any time to get more info.
 
In other words, I'm willing to offer my portion of the ad space to any
deserving ferret folk free of charge.  No sense letting it go to waste. :-)
I can't guarantee any results, but advertising can't hurt. <g>  Please
