Safeguard sells a 3-story (actually, 2 1/2) cage thats 30"x18"x30" for
$56.50 + shipping which was about $4.00 for me in central NY.  The model #
is 51545
 
Their phone number is 1-800-433-1819.  They will send you a free catalog if
you ask for one.  I got mine about 4 days after I called, and 2 days after
that my cage showed up.
 
It's not the biggest cage I've seen, but for ~$60 you really get a pretty
nice cage.  If you want to spend more, they have a variety of larger cages
as well.
