This is in reply to Laurie Overton - on dying ferrets, 1/11/02.  I think
Judy was well justified in her comment.  Most ferrets past the age of 5
are considered elderly so the risk for them to go under the knife without
complications becomes much higher with age.  I think that you will find
that 9 out of 10 doctors would agree not to operate.
 
This is just my personal feeling, but why would you compare a family
member's situation to a ferret?  - (Sorry that just really urks me)  Ok
I said my 2 cents about that.
 
Laurie I hope Weeze does a great job, I will keep him in our prayers.
Keep us posted on how he makes out.
